This two day Oneness Deeksha Training is being offered at our Center to certify you as a Oneness Deeksha Giver. You may take this course for your own personal awareness and spiritual development or give and share this blessing at our twice monthly Wednesday Deeksha Meditations or other Oneness events.
This course is being facilitated by Carol Walker and Lida Martin, two individuals passionate about energy and the awakening process. Both are active in energy healing and consciousness studies and each have been in private practice for over thirty years. They bring their love and expertise to be your loving guides on this journey back into wholeness and Oneness.
Deeksha is an ancient word derived from the Sanskrit language that refers to a "benediction" or a "gift" from the Divine, God, your Higher Self, which fuels the awakening process. It is a Blessing from the Divine that works to activate the kundalini, balance the chakras, and serves to intelligently guide you on an individual and unique journey into higher states of consciousness and ultimately into the state of Oneness itself. Deeksha is the transfer of a physical energy which affects a neurobiological shift, initiating a process where the Divine guides the recipient on an individual journey into awakening into Oneness. This shift deactivates the energy in certain areas of the brain while increasing energy in others which results in diminishing of the feeling we all have of separation. A whole new world opens to you when you are in direct contact with reality, as it is, without being carried away by the never-ending chatter of the mind, its evaluations and interpretations.
Please bring a sack lunch so we can remain in the sacred energy we are building through the day. There will be breaks to walk and be outside. We are creating an altar together so please bring
photographs of loved ones, family and pets, sacred or devotional images of God, angels, ascended masters, nature in all her glory, and things that inspire you.

Lida Martin is dedicated to sharing health and well-being through yoga, meditation, art, healing modalities at World Class Spas, Churches, and in a Private Practice. She brings twenty years experience and expertise to assist people in enhancing their health and well-being and quality of life. She offers Yoga Classes that are Gentle and/or Restorative, for Beginner Classes, or a Mixed Level Class. Private and Semi-Private Sessions are available for those who prefer a very small class, would like to work just with a few friends or family members, or those with injuries that prevent attending a regular class. Lida’s passion is working with people who have limited range of motion from injuries or who are healing from accidents as Yoga and Meditation Practices provided the way through her own healing process after multiple car accidents.
Lida is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with twenty years experience at a world class spa and private practice and works on children, teens, adults and seniors. She offers Hawaiian Lomilomi, La Stone Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Japanese Shiatsu, and various Healing Energy Modalities such as Reiki, Healing Touch, Crystal Therapy, and Illuminations which are based on Energy Medicine from the High Andes.
Her love and passion for learning and creativity is expanding as she teaches other Yoga Classes in Ventura County, co-facilitates Vision Board Classes, is a Watercolor Artist, and enjoys new expression in China Painting, Ballroom Dancing, and studying Spiritual Practices from around the world.
